Results: The degree of consumer satisfaction with the new Natuchips is positive, revealing consumers' interest in an innovative product, which is backed by a traditional brand that has been evolving over the years. In terms of each of your product attributes, the majority of respondents are fully satisfied. Quality was considered the most relevant attribute of the product, followed by shape and brand. It is emphasized that the least accepted attribute was the price.
